Roman Lewszyk - President
Roman Lewszyk  has more than 20 years experience in the financial/securities industry. Since 1997 Roman has held senior executive positions with Forum Financial Group (the largest privately owned fund services provider in the United States) and with Citigroup’s international fund services operations. Following Citigroup’s acquisition of Forum in 2003, Roman was Managing Director and Global Head of Citigroup’s Transfer Agency, managing Citigroup’s TA operations throughout Europe, North America and Asia, operations whose assets under administration totaled more than $900 billion.

While managing the Citigroup TA business, Roman continued as President and CEO of Obstuga Funduszy Inwestycyjnych (OFI) and directly supervised OFI’s fund service operation in Poland. Between 2003 and 2008 Roman also headed two of Citigroup’s international branches, Citigroup Europe Plc and Citigroup International Plc. Both of these entities constituted a Citigroup Center of Excellence for fund services in Europe, staffed by some 1000 employees.

As President and CEO of OFI since 1997, Roman was responsible for the dramatic growth and development of Forum’s TA business in Poland. Prior to this (between 1995-1997) Roman served in the capital markets division of KPMG Peat Marwick, Washington, DC. Between 1993 and 1995, Roman acted as Advisor to the Chairman of Poland’s Securities and Exchange Commission.



Stanislaw Bogus - Vice President
Stanislaw Bogus has more than 14 years experience in the financial/securities industry, having joined Financial Services, a Transfer Agency servicing Pioneer Investment Funds in 1996. Stanislaw then became a part of Atlantic (formerly Obsluga Funduszy Inwestycyjnych) in 1997, serving first as a Department Manager Distribution and Customer Services, then becoming Director of Operations. He has been a member of the Board since 2000.

Stanislaw studied at the Warsaw Agricultural University and has completed graduate studies at the Faculty of Economics, Warsaw University.
